【摘要】 报道了171例3～6岁正常儿童的VEP各项指标的正常值。并对儿童VEP的左右半球、性别、年龄进行了差异性比较。结果发现3～6岁的VEP基本波型均已出现,但变异性大,稳定性差。此期不存在左右半球的显著差异,3～4岁VEP年龄差异较显著;而4～6岁则不明显,VEP的性别差异在儿童期存在。故VEP可做为儿童智能发展水平的一项客观指标。更多还原

【Abstract】 This study showed the normal values of various visual evokedpotentials(VEP)variable in 171 cases of normal children at age of 3—6years old.It also studied the difference of both hemispheres,sex,age.Bythis study,it was found that the basic wave patterns of VEP in age of3—6 years old have formed,but with larger variability and less stability.Further statistical analysis revealed that no obvious difference was observedin various parameters of VEP from both hemispheres at the age of 3—6years old;that the difference of VEP in 3—4 years old is larger but itis not so that in 4—5 years old.Some sex difference of VEP at age of3—6 years old exist normally.The authors suggest that VEP can serve asan objective value to assess the intelligent Ievel.更多还原
