【摘要】 采用无菌纸捻吸取法用一种非选择培养基和两种选择性培养基对20例成年型牙周炎病人周袋中细菌进行了厌氧菌培养、分离和鉴定。结果表明厌氧菌的检出率为100%,周袋中菌群主要由厌氧的革兰氏阴性杆菌组成,优势菌群为拟杆菌属,占厌氧菌的51.39%。分离鉴定出的重要菌种有产黑色素拟杆菌、赖氏拟杆菌、口腔拟杆菌、多毛拟杆菌、脆弱拟杆菌、具核梭杆菌、小韦荣氏球菌及厌氧消化链球菌等。更多还原

【Abstract】 Twenty periodontal pocket samples from 20 adult periodontitispatients were cultured,isolated and identified with one non-choose and twochoose culture media using germ-free spill of paper under the anaerobic con-dition.The results indicated that the positive rate of anaerobe is 100%;the microbial flora in the periodontal pocket were found mainly made up byGram negative anaerobic bacilli,among which the predominant bacterialflorae were baeteroides(51.39% in anaerobe).Isolated and identi(?)iedmajor species are bacteroides melaninogenicus,B loescheii,B oralis,Bcapillosus,B fragilis,Fusobacterium nucleatum,Veillonella parvula,Panaerobius and so on.更多还原
