快装内循环鼓泡床热水沸腾锅炉的研制

【摘要】 介绍一种新型内循环鼓泡床燃烧技术和炉内高温U形竖井分离燃烬装置,并用以研制一台容量为1.4MW快装热水沸腾锅炉。经测试锅炉热效率达75.59%;燃烧效率为95%;烟气黑度低于1林格曼度;飞灰浓度低于400mg/Nm~3。达到国家关于节能产品与低污染锅炉的指标。

【Abstract】 A new technique of combuston in internal circulation fluidized bed and a U-shape shaft mechanism to separate out the burnt cinders have been developed, and by using these a 14MW package boiler with fluidized bed was manufactoried. Vigorous internal circulation in bubbling bed makes the disturbing mix strenthening and the rentention time prolongating, the U-shape separating mechanism improves the burn-out of particles, so the combustion efficiency is raised. For this boiler, testing result shows: thermal efficiency is 75.59%, combustion efficiency is 95%, blackness of flue gas is less or equal to 1° R (Ringelmann degree), and concentration of fly ash is less to 400 mg/m~3. These figures attain the national targets for energy saving and pollution controlling.
