天然纤维素发酵残渣诱导高活性纤维素酶的研究

【摘要】 用天然纤维素发酵残渣培养木霉 Trichoderma sp.T22,生产高活性纤维素酶,并讨论了影响纤维素酶诱导合成的诸因素。发酵残渣连续使用4次,纤维素酶的滤纸酶活性分别提高了32.8%,56.0%,29.3%和1.7%。

【Abstract】 Tricderma sp.T22 was cultured on the fermented residual of natural cellulose in order to produce higher cellulase.The fermented residual was continually used to produce cellulase for four times,in these conditions,the cellulase activities expressed in FPA were increased by 32.8%,56.0%, 29.3% and 1.7%.And the factors which effected the induction of cellulase formation were also discussed.
