【Abstract】 The effect of decoction of soft-shelled turtle(Trionyx sinensis Wieg- mann)on the leukocytic number of both healthy mice and mice whose leukocytogenesis was induced cyclophosphamide was studied.The leukocy- tic number of normal mice was increased by the administration of this decoction of soft-shelled turtle and the increase is not pathophysiological. This decoction of soft-shelled turtle could produce a protective effect on mice leukocytopenia induced by cyclophosphamide,came the proliferation of white blood cells,increase its number and quicken the restoration.更多还原
