GDX—203树脂用于食品色素的分离富集和测定

【摘要】 以柱吸附法及分光光度法测定了高分子多孔小球 GDX—203对食用合成色素胭脂红、亮蓝、靛蓝及柠檬黄水溶液的吸附曲线及吸附容量。结果表明在本文所述条件下 GDX—203具有较好的吸附性能,与此同时测定了对上述物质的回收率。对几种市售饮料及糖果中的色素进行了分离、富集和测定,取得了比较满意的结果。

【Abstract】 The adsorption curves and the adsorption capacities of GDX-203-por- ous polymers in concentrating microquantity of the edible synthetic Pigmen- ts-New Coccine,Brilliant Blue,Indigo Blue and Tartrazine from aqueous solutions were determined by the colume adsorption-spectrophotometric met- hod.The results showed that the GDX-203 has better adsorbability under the experimental conditions.A short column of G DX-203 was used to determine the quantitative recovery of the substances stated above.The separation,concentration and the determination of the pigments of some commercial beverages and candies were accomplished.Satisfactory results were obtained.
