聚砜酰胺的分子量对其超滤膜性能的影响——Ⅰ.聚砜酰胺的沉淀分级
EFFECT OF MOLECULAR WIGHT OF POLYSULFONE AMIDE ON ITS UF MEMDRANE PROPERTIES (Ⅰ): FRACTIONATION OF POLYSULFONE AMIDE BY PRECIPITATION
【摘要】 选用水作为沉淀分级膜材料PSA的沉淀剂。在室温下,不加恒温装置可以很方便地将1.00%PSA的DMAc溶液用水沉淀分级PSA,分子量分布宽度由原来的3.8降低到2.0左右。分级的回收率为95.0%,分级效率较好。
【Abstract】 Water was selected to be nonsolvent in the fractionation of polysulfone amide (PSA). It was practical that the fractionation was carried out at room temperature in PSA 1.00 wt% solution in DMAc. The (?)w/(?)n of fractionated PSA were about 2.0 whereas that of unfractionated PSA was 3.8. Over-all recovery of PSA was 95.0%.
