氯络酸根离子选择电极的研制与应用
Studies of Poly(vinylchlorde) Membrane Electrode. Part Ⅴ. Development of Chlorochromate Complex Ion-selective Electrode and Their Applications
【摘要】 研制了一种新的PVC膜铬(Ⅵ)电极,其电活性为季铵盐与氯铬酸根缔合物。实验过四种不同的季铵盐,发现三庚基十二烷基碘化铵[(C7H15)3C12H25Nl]效果最佳。该电极在5×10-6~1×10-1mol·L-1范围,有接近Nernst的响应,斜率为58mv/10倍程,其检测下限为3×10-6mol·L-1。将此电极用于实际样品(鞣革废水及铬鞣液)中铬的测定,所得到的结果与比色法吻合。还试验过该电积的响应电位与试液酸度间的关系,并发现与计算机模型的计算结果很相符。
【Abstract】 Based on an association compound of a quaternary ammonium salt and the chlorochromate complex anion(CrO3Cl-), a new chromium(Ⅵ) electrode with a poly (vinyl chloride) (PVC) membrane has been developed. Four quaternary ammonium salts were investigated, of which (C7H15)3C12H25NI was the best. The electrode shows it is near Nernst response in the range 5×10-6~1×10-1mol·L-1 in aquous hydrochloric acid (pH<1). The limit of detection is 3×10-6mol·L-1 and the slope is 58mv decade-1 The relationship between the respose potential of the electrode and the acidity of the experimental solution has been tested, and found it corresponds with the results predicted by a computer model. The chrome in tanning waste and chrome tanning solution were also determined by using the proposed electrode.
