山东省主要土壤酶活性与土壤肥力

A STUDY ON THE ENZYME ACTIVITY OF MAIN SOILS AND SOIL FERTILITY IN SHANDONG PROVINCE

【摘要】 本试验研究了山东省主要土壤酶活性及其与土壤肥力的关系。试验表明:不同土壤类型,酶的活性是有差别的,例如盐碱土的多数酶活性都是很低的;酸性磷酸酶活性在棕壤中占优势,碱性磷酸酶活性则在褐土、砂姜黑土、潮土等土壤类型中占优势;蔗糖酶活性在多数土壤类型中差异不算大。多数土壤酶活性都与土壤肥力有密切关系,其中蔗糖酶与有机质含量、碱解氮含量呈极显著的相关。几乎所有酶的活性在土层中都是上层高于下层。土壤质地、土壤酸碱度和土壤盐分等对土壤酶活性都有深刻影响。

【Abstract】 The experiment was carried out to study the relation between the activity of main soilenzyme and the soil fertility in Shandong Province. The results showed that there weresome differences of enzyme activities between soil groups, e. g., the activity for most of theenzyme from Saline and Alkaline Soils was lower than that from other soils. The dominantenzyme for Brown Soils was acid phosphatase, and for Drab Soils, Shajing Soils and ChaoSoils was alkaline phosphatase. There were no notable differences in invertase acitivity be-tween soil groups. Most of the enzyme activity studied was closely related with the soil fer-tility. Invertase was significantly related to soil organic matter content and hydrolyzable-Nlever. The enzymes in surface soil usually had higher activity than those in subsoil. The soilenzyme activity was also affected by the soil texture, reaction and salt to a considerable de-gree.
