水中痕量亚硝酸盐的分光光度法测定
SPECTROPHOTOMETRIC DETERMINATION OF TRACE NITRITE IN WATER
【摘要】 本文提出了用1—萘胺—5—磺酸在亚硝酸盐作用下与1—萘酚生成稳定的水溶性紫红色偶氮化合物来分光光度测定水中痕量亚硝酸盐的新方法。本法摩尔吸光系数2.7×10~4,至少0—12.89μgN/25ml符合比尔定律。灵敏度、精密度和选择性都较好。显色快速,操作条件宽容。
【Abstract】 A new spcctrophotometric method for the determination of trace nitrite in water is presented based on the formation of a stable water soluble purple azo compound by 1-naphthy laminc-5-sulfonic acid and 1-naphthol under the action of nitrite. The molar absorptivity is 2.7×l0~4and Beer’s law is obey cdat least in the range 0-12.89μgN/ 25ml.The scnsitivity,prccisionand selectivity arc good.The reaction is fast and operation is easy.
