振动压路机乘坐舒适性试验研究
EXPERIMENT RESEARCHES OF RIDE COMFORT OF VIBROROLLER
【摘要】 本文在对YZJ—14振动压路机进行振动测试的基础上,对此机的乘坐舒适性进行了评价。通过对座椅及驾驶室底板的加速度功率谱密度的分析,掌握了振动能量按频率的分布情况。文中对碾轮橡胶减振块的传递函数及相关函数作了研究,分析了其减振性能。本文为座椅乘坐舒适性的进一步研究提供了依据。
【Abstract】 On the basis of experimental analysis of YZJ-14 Vibroroller, the ride comfort of this Vibroroller is judged. In this paper, the accelaration power spectrum densities of the seat and the base of the seat are analysed, the distribution of vibrational energy according to different frequencies is clear. Through the analysis of the transfer function and correlation for rubber vibration absorber, the properties of vibration-absorbing are discussed.This paper provides the basis for the further study of ride comfort.
