在非水体系中ZSM-35沸石晶化规律的研究
STUDY ON THE CRYSTALLIZATION OF ZSM-35 ZEOLITE IN NON-AQUEOUS SYSTEM
【摘要】 在乙二胺-SiO2Al2O2-Na2O-三乙胺非水体系中合成了ZSM-35沸石。利用XRD、SEM、IR和DTA-TG对不同晶化时间非水合成ZSM-35沸石的晶化动力学进行了考察。从DTA-TG曲线清楚地观察到沸石的晶化过程,XRD可表明晶化过程中晶体成长的规律,而IR则表征ZSM-35沸石内部五员环特征峰(550cm-1)随晶化时间增长的情况。在整个晶化过程中固相SiO2/Al2O3不变,液相无硅铝酸根存在,证明非水体系中ZSM-35沸石的合成属于固相转化过程。
【Abstract】 ZSM-35 zeolite was synthesized in a non-aqueous system composed of ethyldiamine-SiO2-Al2O3-Na2O and triethylamine. The kinetics of crystallization of ZSM-35 was studied by XRD, SEM, IR and DTA-TG. Zeolite ZSM-35 and natural ferrite are shown to be closely related having a similar faulted structure. The crystallization process was clearly revealed by the DTA-TG curves, and crystal growth could be followed by XRD. The IR band at about 550cm-1 increased with the time of crystallization. During crystallization, the molar ratio of SiO2/Al2O3 in the solid phase did not change, and no aluminosilicate polyanions was found in the liquid phase. These results show that the crystallization of ZSM-35 zeolite during its synthesis in non-aqueous system follows a typical solid phase transformation mechanism.
