NdxY1-xAl3(BO3)4激光自倍频晶体的光谱和敏化
Spectra and Sensitization of Laser Self--Frequency Doubling Crystal NdxY1-xAl3(BO3)4
【摘要】 本文测定了NdxY1-xAl3(BO3)4(NYAB)激光自倍频复合功能晶体的室温吸收光谱与荧光光谱。应用Judd-Ofelt理论测量了激光自倍频方向的七条谱带的振子强度;拟合出三个强度参数Ω2、Ω4、Ω5;计算出了激光亚稳态4F3/2的辐射寿命τ和4F3/2→4IJ/2四条光谱线的一系列激光参数。报导了Cr:Nd:YAB晶体中Cr3+对Nd3+的敏化作用的初步结果。
【Abstract】 This paper reports the absorption and fluorescence spectraof the laser nonlinear crystal NdxY1-xAl3(BO3)4 (NYAB) at room temperatu-re. Following the Judd-Ofelt theor, ywe have obtained the oscillator streng-th for seven bands and three intensity parameters Ω2, Ω4 and Ω6. The radia-tive lifetime of metastable state 4F3/2 and a series of laser coefficients of4F3/2→4I5/2 transitions were also calculated. The primary results for theinvestigation of the Cr-Nd sensitization effect in Nd: Cr: YAB crystals arereported as well.
