巴戟天高产优质途径的研究——苗木质量、光照条件对成活率和生长的影响

【摘要】 本文研究了巴戟天藤苗质量(野生、家栽藤苗,不同龄期藤苗,不同节数藤苗,是否施化肥藤苗)对其生根成活率或保存率的影响,以及巴戟天植地插芒箕遮荫对其生长前期的影响。研究结果表明,巴戟天属中性偏阴植物,在其生长前期需要适度荫蔽环境;野生藤苗、成熟藤苗、未施用化肥的藤苗,抗干旱、抗病虫害侵染的能力均较强,生根成活率和保存率高。正确选择巴戟天的种植地,提高苗木质量,是提高巴戟天产量和质量的重要途径之一。

【Abstract】 This paper studies the influence on root survival and preservable rate of Morinda officinalis How (MO) by the quality of its seedling, including the species, age, nodes and fertilizer spreaded, and the influence on MO shadedvby ferns in the early stage of growth.The result shows that a moderate shading environment is necessary for the growth of MO seedling in the early stage. A stronger drought resistance, disease resistance and anti-pest ability, a higher survival and preservable rate of roots were seen in wild-species seedlings, maturative seedlings and those without chemical fertilizer spreaded. This indicates that to select the proper field and high quality of seedling for cultivation is an important aspect for enhancing the production of MO.
