【摘要】 本工作采用甲状腺全摘除术复制甲低兔模型,应用放射免疫法直接检测甲低兔血清皮质醇和雌二醇含量。结果表明术后20天其血清皮质醇含量较术前降低(P<0.05),灌服温补肾阳复方煎剂则皮质醇含量并无明显下降(P>0.05);血清雌二醇含量手术前后变化趋势类似皮质醇,但差异均无显著性(P>0.05)。实验提示温补肾阳中药对甲低动物内分泌系统存在的广泛失调具有多方面的纠正作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Serum cortisol and estradiol levels of three groups of female New Zealand white rabbits were measured by radioimmunoassay techniques. The serum cortisol level of Group Ⅰ(totally thyroidectomized rabbit, n=8) on the twentleth day after operation was significantly lower than that before operation(P<05). The mean serum value was also lower, but the difference was not significant(P>0.05). The difference of cortisol or estradiol levels after and before operation in the other two groups (totally thyroidectomized rabbits treated with herbs, n=8 and control rabbits, n=8) were not significant (P>0.05). These results indicated that some essential substances of kidneyyang may be damaged by total thyroidectomy, and there may be an extensive involvement of the endocrine system in hypothyroid "yang-deficiency" syndrome, and the herbs which are categorized as warmiag and reinforcing kidney-yang drugs exert their effect in various aspects of the endocrine system.更多还原
