铜对三角褐指藻(Phacodactylum tricornutum)的毒性
TOXICITY OF COPPER TO PHACODACTYLUM TRICORNUTUM
【摘要】 研究了铜对近岸海水中三角褐指藻的毒性。铜离子活度(acu)的阈值为10-9.1mol/dm3,此时藻的单位生长率(μ)不受acu影响;acu使μ降至零时为10-7.0mol/dm372小时EC50值约为10-7.4mol/dm3。得出μ与acu间的线性关系,acu的范围由阈值至刚大于零生长率所对应的acu值,可通过线性关系式得出。
【Abstract】 The toxicity of copper to Phacodactylum tricornutum isolated from costal sea water was studied. The threshold value, of cupric ion vetivity (acu)is 10 -9.1mol/dm3, at which specific growth rare(μ) of the alga was uneffected by the acu,the value of acu reducing μ to zero is 10-7.0 mol/dm3,the 72 h.EC50 value is about 10-7.4mol/dm 3 .The relationship between μ and acu can be expressed by the following equations.A linear relationship between μ and acu ( ranging from the threshold value to just above zero growth rate in respect to acu) is obtained, which can be derived from the above cquations.
