对一磺酰胺基苯肼的合成
Synthesis of P-Sulfonamido Phenylhydrazines
【摘要】 本文主要讨论了由对一氨基苯磺酰胺经重氮盐还原成对一磺酰胺基苯肼的一种合成方法。其中对重氮化反应的温度,及由重氮盐还原成对一磺酰胺基苯肼时还原介质的PH值和亚硫酸钠用量等对反应及产率的影响。
【Abstract】 The synthetic method of reducing sulfanilamide via diazonium salt to p-sulfonamido phenylhydrazines is dealt with. The effect of the factors, such as the temperature of diazotizing reaction, the PH value of the reaction medium during the reduction of diazonium salt to p-sulfonamido phenylhydrazines and the amount of sodium suifite,on the reaction and production is discussed.
