【摘要】 文章在概述吉林省科技文献现状的基础上,提出科技文献优化布局的原则:分工协作;开放服务;网络化;规范化;商品化与互利互惠。系统地分析在合理规划科技文献地域分布的前提下,如何用计算机网络实现科技文献管理的关键问题,即计算机网络体系结构,网络总体设计,网络的分布式处理。同时,利用求网络最佳性能价格比的方法,对4种预选网络进行优化,从中选出最佳网络方案。更多还原

【Abstract】 On the basis of outlining the status quo of S&T documents in Jilin Province, the principles of the optimum distribution of S&T documents are put forward in the article: sharing out the work and cooperating with one another; open services; networking; standardization and mutual benefit. On the premise of reasonably planning the regional distribution of S&T documents, the author systematically analyses the key problem of how to implement the management of S&T documents with the help of computer network, i. e. the system structure of computer network, the overall design and the distributed processing of network. Meanwhile, through the evaluation of the network’s optimum ratio of performance to cost, four kinds of preselected networks are optimized, of which the optimum scheme of network is chosen.更多还原
