【Abstract】 Based on National Database of Scientific and Technological Result Trade Information which is the biggest one and widely used at present in China, this paper puts forward a direction to create a factual database of science and technology on microcomputer, gives a principle of "creating databases separately, integrating them centrally, offering services respectively", advances a feasible pattern of carrying out a large-scale crosswise cooperation, and explores a new way of creating databases while providing services.更多还原
