测试生物样品的ESR成像系统

【摘要】 本文介绍建造一个利用电子自旋共振信息获得生物体断层图像的系统。系统的微波频率安排在L波段,并用单匝平面线圈代替谐振腔,从而有效地减小了微波对生物体的热效应和方便地获得样品的断层信息。系统中用计算机控制磁场扫描,并同步地完成ESR信号的数据采集。通过多次扫描、采集数据、叠加和平均,提高了系统从噪声中检测微弱信号的能力。最后采用卷积滤波反投影重建法获得样品的断层图像,本系统具有价廉和容易构建的特点。

【Abstract】 This paper describes a system in which image of biological specimen is obtained from its ESR signal. In order to reduce microwave electric heating in biological specimen effectively and obtain the imaging information of specimen conveniently, the microwave frequency in the system is arranged at L -band and the cavity resonator is replaced by an one-turn plane coil. In this system the magnetic field scanning is controlled and the data collection of ESR signal is completed synchronously by IBM-PC computer. The ability of measurement on weak signal with noise is increased by repeating scanning, collection data, add and average. Finally, the image of specimen is obtained by reconstruction method of convolution filtering back-projection. This system also has the unexpensive feature and it is easy to build.
