小麦条锈病流行模拟模型的研制
STUDY ON THE EPIDEMIC SIMULATION MODEL OF YELLOW RUST OF WHEAT
【摘要】 在国内已有的两个模拟模型 TXLX,SIMYR 的基础上,组建了小麦条锈病流行模拟模型 YRESM。此模型由三个子模型组成:寄主生长子模型,条锈病流行子模型和化学防治子模型。在寄主生长子模型中包括两个模块,叶片生长模块和产量形成模块。在条诱病流行子模型中,流行过程由侵染、潜育、病斑扩展和产孢完成。在化学防治子模型中,化防效果分别反应在降低各流行组份的速率上。模型分别用荷兰和北京两地系统观察资料做了合理性检验。文中在模型结构每一要点上,对 YRESM 和 TXLX,SIMYR 作了扼要比较,并就模型进一步向通用性(用于多病害模拟)发展,以及在决策支持系统中的作用做了讨沦。
【Abstract】 Based on the comparison of previous simulation models, the construction of a yellow rust epidemic simulation model—YRESM is represented.This model was composed of three sub-models,namely" host growth and development,rust epidemic,and chemical control.Gro- wth sub-model involved leaf growth module and yield module.In rust epidemic sub-model,four components were linked to simulate the epi- demic process including infection,latency,lesion growth and sporula- tion.The chemical control sub-model simulates the effects of systemic fungicide for yellow rust control by modifying the rate of each epide- mic component.Validation had.performed and the reasonable agreements of simulated results with observed data were obtained.The applica- tions and future improvements of the model were discussed.
