DBL方法与SIBBALD“TME”方法测定可利用赖氨酸的比较研究
STUDIES OF THE CORRELATION OF THE LYSINE AVAILABILITIES OF POULTRY FEEDS BY DBL AND SIBBALD"TME"METHODS USING CAECETOMIZED COCKERRELS
【摘要】 本研究按 Sibbald"TME"方法利用去盲肠公鸡测定的玉米、豆粕、豆饼、菜籽饼、棉仁粕、棉籽饼,鱼粉、配合饲料的赖氨酸真消化率分别为86.1,86.3,74.9,60.5,57.3,70.1,89.7,87.5;DBL-Lysine 有效率分别为87.0,82.8,80.0,55.0,56.9,64.3,85.0,85.7。DBL 有效率和"TME"消化率之间存在强相关关系,相关系数 r=0.96(P<0.01),其回归公式为 y=8.67+0.91x。式中 x=DBL 有效率,y="TME"赖氨酸消化率。结果表明,用 DBL 有效率估测饲料氨基酸利用率是可行的,并可应用于饲料工业对原料质量的控制。
【Abstract】 The lysine true digestibilities in corn,soyabean meal (solvent), soybean meal (M-expeller),fishmeal,cottonseed meal (solvent),cottonseed meal (M-expeller),rapeseed meal(Mexpeller) and mixed feed sample were determined with Sibbald "True Metabolizable Energy" feces method using caecetomizde coc- kerels,The true digestibilities of lysine in the test samples were 86.1,86.3, 74.9,89.7,57.3,70.1,60.5,87.5,respectivly.The DBL-lysine availabilities in the test samples were 67.0,82.8,80,85,56.9,64.3,55.0,85.7,respectively.A strong corelation existed between DBL-availabilities and "TME" true digesti- bilities,the corelation coefficient being r=0.96(P<0.01).A regressin equation was estabolished as follows,y =8.67+0.91x,where x = DBL availability’y ="TME" digestibility.The results indicated that DBL-lysine was a good estimation of available lysine in animal feeds,and could be used as a routine method for feed quality control in the feed industry.
