【摘要】 利用目标规划方法对北京市六、七月份旺季蔬菜供应趋势进行了研究,结果说明目前北京市六、七月以近郊为主,远郊为辅,外地补充的供应方针已不适合现在形势的要求,应当在距北京中心30～100km 的中远郊地区建立蔬菜生产基地,保证主要种类和品种的供应量。在距北京30km以内的近郊地区发展不耐贮运的叶类菜和高档菜,在距北京100km 以外地区对北京所需的个别种类或品种进行补充,这样做可以节省上百万元的财政补贴,减轻消费者的负担(注:按1986年价格计)。更多还原

【Abstract】 Everyone in big citiesis concerned about the vegetable supply.A goal programming model for quantitative analysis of vegetable supply was prop- osed on the basis of investigations and researches.Considering the general use of microcomputers,we also provide a corresponding general conversational microcompter programming for the model.The contradiction of small mermory and large data quantity in the model is overcomed in this programming,making the programming for more versatile and convent to use. We have looked into the peak vegetable prosperous supply period of June and July in Beijing.The results of the analysis and calcutation to three con- crete models and five schemes indicate that the present vegetable supply situa- tion in Beijing in this period of mainly relying on outskirts and paying little attention to outer suburbs and more distant areas is no longer adequate.We suggest that the situation be changed gradually to establish vegetable base in areas 30~100km from the center of Beijing to provide mainly vegetable,leaf and high rank vegetable be provided in areas 30km from Beijing and compleme- nt specific vegetabel kinds by areas 100km from Beijing.By adopting this sugg- estion,an estimated millions of Chinese dollarss subsidiary by the nation could be saved and a stabilized vegetable pric’e and consumers burden relieve could be expected.更多还原
