【Abstract】 Human sperm hamster ova penetration assay was performed with or without the treatment of sperm by anti-human sperm monoclonal antibodies (MAb) 2A9 which was established by the authors. 588 hamster eggs were observed. Penetration rate was statistically significance between the two rates (P<0.01). Results show that MAb2A9 can effect ability of human sperm to penetrate the hamster ova.更多还原
