人精液免疫抑制因子的固相酶联免疫测定法

【摘要】 本工作首次建立了人精浆免疫抑制因子-DF2的固相酶联免疫测定法,并用于测定正常人精浆DF2的含量。结果表明,本法灵敏度1μg/ml,方法稳定,操作简便。53例正常中国人精浆DF2平均含量为1.32±0.72mg/ml,为今后免疫不育及性传播性疾病研究提供了有价值的技术与基础数据。

【Abstract】 An Enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELIsa)for the determination of immuno- suppressive factor-DF2 in human semen was established. The polychlorine micro-plate (made in china)was used as a solid carrier for coating antibody. The results showed that this method had high specificity, good sensitivity (1μg/ml), goodreproducibility (mean intra-assay CV 11.8%, mean inter-assay CV 10.5%)and good accuracy(mean recovery 99.5±9.3%). Semen plasma from 53 fertile chinese were determined using this method, immunosuppressive factor-DF2 level was 1.32±0.72mg/ml. These results provide a new dignostic method for male infertility and sexual transmitted disease.
