【摘要】 本文分别利用树脂切片和石蜡切片研究比较了睾丸组织内曲细精管、曲细精管腔和生精细胞核的体积分数;前二种结果无显著差异,从石蜡切片上估计的后一个结果显著较高,这表明树脂切片和石蜡切片制备过程中有不一致的组织大小变化。本文对树脂包埋和石蜡包埋引起的睾丸组织块的皱缩进行了比较,结果表明后者所致的组织皱缩程度比前者所致的大1倍左右。更多还原

【Abstract】 The volume fractions of the seminiferous tubwles,the cavity of the tubulesand the germ cell naclei in the testis tissue wre studied comparatively by resinand paraffin sections respectively There is no significant difference for the firsttwo results,but the last result obtained from the paraffinsections is significan-tlytigher,which indicates an non-uniform dimensional ehanges in making resinand paraffin sections.The shrinqage of testis tissue of resin embeddings isalso comparad with that of paraffin embeddinys.The results show that the tis-sueshih kage in paraffin emqeceding is twice as large as that in resin embdd-eing.更多还原
