【摘要】 本文报告8例门脉高压性胃炎(以下简称PHG),提出门脉高压的病史特征,上消化道出血,三腔管诊断使用为诊断线索,纤维胃镜为确诊手段,X线气钡双对比造影有参考意义,并建议分为单纯、复合两型,据型选择治疗方法。单纯性采用以药物降压为中心的综合保守治疗,复合型宜纠正全身情况后手术降压。更多还原
