【Abstract】 The results of the study carried out on Triticum Aestivum（“Yuxi 788”CV.2n=6x=42）and Hordeum Distichon（beer barly,2n=2x=14）chromo-some by silver staining are as follows:T.aestivum shows stronger Ag-NORson 6B chromosome and weaker on 1B chromosome;H distichon shows clearAg-NORs on both the 6th and 7th chromosome.In addition,the Kinetochoreson the chromosome of the experimental material is weakly stained by AgNO₃.更多还原
