麻黄碱衍生物的合成
THE SYNTHESIS OF EPHEDRINE DERIVATIVES
【摘要】 本文报道1-{2-[3-苯基-3-羟基-2-丙基甲胺基]乙基}-（3）-吡啶基酮(Ⅰa-b),1-3-{2-[3-苯基-3-羟基-2-丙基甲胺基]亚甲基}吲嗓（Ⅱ）和二个羧酸甲基麻黄碱酯(Ⅲa-b),共五种新化合物,并通过元素分析和IR分析测定了结构
【Abstract】 1-{2-[3-Phenyl-3-hydroxy-propyl-（2）-methylamino] ethyl} pyridyl-（3）-ketone(Ⅰa-b), 1-3{2-[3-phenyl-3- hydroxy-propyl-（2）-methylamino] methylene} indole （Ⅱa） and two Methyl-ephedrine carbocylic acid esters (Ⅲa-b) were synthesized, which possess some biological activity.The structures of all the compounds synthesized were confirmed by elementary analysis and IR spectra.
