【Abstract】 The electrocardiographic manifestations in 58 patients with dilated cardiomyopathy and 49 patients with hypertrophic cardiomyopathy were evaluated. The results showed that the ECG in the patients with dilated cardiomyopathy was characterized by left axis deviation （59%） and various complicated arrhythmias （ 78% ） , especially ventricular premature beats, ventricular techycardia, atrial fibrillation and cardiac conductive defect. The characteristics of the ECG in hypertrophic cardiomyopathy were markedly changed S-T segment and T wave （65% ） , hypertrophy of left ventricle （ 32.6% ） , abnormal Q wave （ 39% ） and elevated voltage in RV₂.更多还原
