褐家鼠和黄胸鼠的染色体比较研究
CHROMOSOME STUDIES OF BOTH SPECIES OF THE GENUS RATTUS
【摘要】 本文以骨髓细胞为材料,对两种家鼠属(Rattus)动物,即黄胸鼠(R. flavipectus),褐家鼠(R. norvegicus)的染色体进行了研究。结果表明,褐家鼠、黄胸鼠的二倍体染色体数目都为2n=42,它们的一般核型相似,其差异仅在于祸家鼠No.1和No.9染色体为亚端着丝点,而黄胸鼠则为端着丝点染色体。Ag染色表明,虽然两种家鼠出现Ag染色阳性的染色体数目不同,黄胸鼠的变化范围为3-9,褐家鼠的变化范围为1-6,但其位置都在染色体着丝粒区域。另外,还发现有两个黄胸鼠具有超数染色体,其染色体数分别为43、44。
【Abstract】 In this paper, the chromosomes of the two species of Rattus, R. flavipectus and R. norvegicus, are studied based on the material of bone marrow cells. The results show that both species have same diploid chromosome number of 2n=42. Their major difference in the chromosome complement only is that pairs No. 1 and No. 9 of R. norvegicus are subtelocentrics, while those of R. flavipectus are telocentrics. The polymorphic characteristics and distribution of Ag-NORs in both species have been anaysed. In addition, two specimens of R. flavipectus were found to possess supernumerary chromosomes.
