钙离子、钙调素对菠菜叶绿体光合电子传递的影响
EFFECT OF Ca2+, CaM ON PHOTOSYNTHETIC ELECTRON TRANSPORT OF SPINACH CHLOROPLAST
【摘要】 EGTA>10mmol·L-1浓度时抑制胀破叶绿体H2O→BQ和H2O→MV光合电子传递,而20~60mmol·L-1CaCl2则促进上述光合电子传递。CaM在2~10μg·mL-1浓度范围内对光合电子传递的影响与反应液中Ca2+含量有关,当有20mmol·L-1EGTA存在时抑制H2O→BQ争H2O→MV的光合电子传递,当有20mmol·L-1CaCl2存在时则促进H2O→MV的光合电子传递。100~500μmol·L-1TFP可抑制胀破叶绿体的光合电子传递,结合不同人工电子供体实验表明,在DPC前后可能各有一个作用位点。
【Abstract】 It has been demonstrated from our research that l) H2O BQ and H3O MV photosynthetic electron transport of swollen chloroplasts are inhibited by 10mmol.L-1EGTA, whereas it can be accelerated by 20-60 mmol.L-1CaCl2; 2) the influcnce of 2-10μg.ml-1CaM on photosynthetic electron transport is varied with the Ca2+contcnt of reaction mixture, in the presence of 20 mmol.L-1EGTA, H2O BQ and H2O MV clcctron transport can be inhibited, whereas H2O MV clcctron transport can be promotcd by presenting of 20 mmol.L-1CaCl2; 3) electron transportof swollcn chloroplasts can be inhibited by 100-500 μmol.L-1TFP, it is indicated from the results of (?)ing artifical clcctron donor and acceptor experiments that there are two action sites exist before and behind the DPC.
