宫内一次注入醋酸棉酚对大鼠抗早孕作用的机理研究
A STUDY FOR THE MECHANISM OF SINGLE INTRAUTERINE INJECTION OF GOSSYPOL ACETATE FOR THE ANTIEARLY PREGNANCY IN RATS
【摘要】 于大鼠妊娠第7天,宫内一次注入醋酸棉酚具有显著的抗早孕作用。在给棉酚的同时于大鼠妊娠7-13天,皮下注射孕酮5mg/d或HCG5IU/d或LHRH类似物20μg/d,全部动物均于妊娠第14天处死。结果表明,外源补充孕酮或HCG或LHRH类似物,虽然有的能增加卵巢重及提高血清孕酮含量,但均不能逆转宫内用醋酸棉酚的抗早孕作用。这表明宫内用棉酚对丘脑下部-垂体-卵巢轴的功能无明显影响。结果提示,宫内用醋酸棉酚的抗早孕作用的机理主要是局部性的。
【Abstract】 It has been reported that a single injection of gossypol acetic acid into uterus of rats on th~ 7th day of pregnancy shows marked effest on terminating early prcgnancy. This test aims at probeing the mechanism of this result. Three group of rats which had been injected with gossypol were treated with subcutaneous injection of 5 mg progesterone, 50 Iu HCG, and LHRH derivatives respectively on thc 7th-13th day of pregnancy, then sacrificed and examined on the 14th day of pregnancy.The result shows that although progesterone or HCG or LHRH derivatives can increase progesterone serum level and ovarian weight more markedly than those of the rats treated with gossypol alone, it can not block the antifertility effect of gossypol. This reveals that administration of gossypol into uterus has no evident effect on the function of hypothalamic—pituitary gonadotropin-ovarian aixs.Thc result also indecates that the mechanism of a single injection of gossypol into uterus is likely to be a local effect in the utcrian cavity.
