用缓冲剂调控奶牛瘤胃消化代谢及其泌乳性能的研究

【摘要】 用3头装置有永久性瘤胃瘘管的黑白花泌乳奶牛采用3×3拉丁方设计研究了日粮中添加 NaHCO3+MgO 或单用乙酸钠对奶牛瘤胃消化代谢和泌乳性能的影响.添喂NaHCO3+MgO 能防止瘤胃液 pH 下降,而添喂 NaAC 对瘤胃液 pH 无影响;添喂NaHCO3+MgO 或乙酸钠(NaAC)不能明显改变奶牛瘤胃氨氮浓度和总挥发性脂肪酸(TVFA)浓度,但能增加瘤胃乙酸比例,降低丙、丁酸比例,且能抑制瘤胃内乳酸的产生;添喂 NaHCO3+MgO 或 NaAC 可分别增加 pH8.0~5.5和 pH5.5~3.0区间的瘤胃缓冲容量,并能提高乳脂率.

【Abstract】 Three lactating Chinese Holstein cows with permanent rumen fistula were used.Theexperimental design was a 3×3 Latin square,in which the three treatments were:1).basal(50% concentrate:50% corn silage on a dry matter basis)(control);2).basal+1.5% sodiumbicarbonate+0.8% magnesium oxide(SBM);3).basal+sodium acetate(SA)(300g/day).SBM increased(P<0.05)rumen fluid pH(6.95±0.08 vs 6.78±0.05),but SA had no effecton it.Either SA or SBM increased the molar percentage of rumen acetate and decreasedthat of propionate and butyrate and rumen lactic acid(LA)concentration(P>0.05).SBM increased rumen buffering capacity significantly between pH 8.0 and 5.5(64.21±3.34 vs 55.71±3.20 mEqH~+/L),whereas SA increased that between pH 5.5 and 3.0(114.08±3.73 vs 106.29±4.35 mEqH~+/L)(P<0.05).SA increased(P<0.01)milk fat percentage(4.2 vs 4.0).SBM also did it(4.1 vs 4.0)(P<0.05).
