野生一粒小麦和普通小麦一些光合特性的比较
COMPARISON BETWEEN T.BOEOTICUM AND T.AESTIVUM IN SOME PHOTOSYNTHETIC CHARACTERISTICS
【摘要】 本文对光合速率较高的野生一粒小麦(T.boeoticum.Boiss)的叶片解剖结构及光合生态反应进行初步探讨,并与普通小麦中国春(T.aestivum cv.Chinese Spring)作了比较。结果表明,野生一粒小麦在叶片维管束解剖结构、水分利用效率及光合速率对光、温和CO2的反应方面类似于 C4植物。但它仍具有较高的 CO2的补偿点。可考虑将野生一粒小麦用于普通小麦光合作用的遗传改良计划。
【Abstract】 In this paper.a comparison between T.boeoticum and T.aestivum cv.Chinese Springin some photosynthetic characteristics were made.The results indicated that the wilddiploid T.boeoticum was similar to C4 plants in leaf anatomy and in the response to light,temperature,CO2 concentration and water.It was proposed that T.boeoticum with higherPn could be used in the genetic improvement of photosynthesis in wheat.
