三种土壤中 VA 菌根真菌对豆类作物侵染率的研究

【摘要】 本试验结果表明:在黄棕壤、两合土、沙土3种土壤中均有 VA 菌根真菌的存在,都以球孢霉属(Glomus)为主,以 Gl.fecundisporum 和 Gl.mosseae 为优势种。VA 菌根真菌对绿豆的侵染随绿豆苗的生长而逐步上升,到苗龄30天左右达高峰,以后保持相对稳定。3种土壤中 VA 菌根真菌的数量依次为黄棕壤、两合土、沙土,与对绿豆的侵染程度呈现一定的相关性。在栽种一季绿豆后,各土壤中的 VA 菌孢子数增加4倍左右。生长40天的菌根化植株地上部的干重和含磷量均高于对照植株,表明了 VA 菌根有增进吸磷和促进生长的作用。

【Abstract】 The results of the study showed that VA mycorrhizal fungi were present in all 3 soils.Most species belong to the genus Glomus with Gl.fecundisporum and Gl.mosseae as thepredominant species.Green bean (Phaseolus aureus) seedlings in all 3 soils were infected by VAmycorrhizal fungi with an increasing rate and reached a highest rate when the seedlingswere about 30-days old.The dry wt.and phosphorous content of the plants were en-hanced by VA mycorrhizal infection.The results also showed that more chlamydospores were persent in yellow-brownearth,and only a few spores in sandy soil.The VA mycorrhizal infection rate on green bean is correlated to the numbers ofspores presented in the soils.After a crop of green bean the number ofmycorrhizal-fungi spores in all 3 soils increased about 4 times.
