【Abstract】 A lot of trace experiments were carried out in the laboratory physical model of straight rectangular open channel,and a large amount of da- ta was obtained.Based on this,the relation for transverse mixing coefficient was offered.By means of the analysis and comparison of results of some other’ s model and field tests,it is regarded that the empirical relation is suitable for the straight natural rivers in which the width—to—depth ratios are larger than those of our tests.So the relation is of great practical value.更多还原
