BiSrCaCu2 Oy超导体的研究
A STUDY OF BiSrCaCu2Oy
【摘要】 本文研究了BiSrCaCu2Oy(1112)超导体不同的制备条件对80—90K低温相和100—110K高温相形成的影响。通过对样品的电学和磁学性质的测量、x光衍射和扫描电镜的分析,指出了适当的高温、长时间的保温和淬火有利于高温相的形成。
【Abstract】 In this paper, we have studied the different ways of influencing the BiSrCaCu2Oy (1112) which are formed by 80-90K or 100-110K superconducting phase The R-T relation and magnetic hystersis are performed. The structure and component are analyzed by X-ray powder diffraction and by scanning electron microscope respectively. Our conclusion is that the proper high temperature maintained for a long time and quenching during sintering samples are advantageous to the growth of the high temperature jphase.
