煤烟降尘对蔬菜抗坏血酸含量的影响

【摘要】 本文通过大田调查,室内模拟实验,发现烟尘对大多数蔬菜抗坏血酸(C6H8O6)有直接影响,二者之间有着显著负相关性,而且C6H8O6降低的速度是因品种的不同而异。影响程度为圆茄子>西红柿>黄瓜>雪里蕻>大辣椒>长白菜。故而可将由两年污染统计数据得出的变异系数相近,C6H8O6含量相对离差大的品种,作为煤烟型污染地区的监测植物。估算其大气中烟尘的含量,预测各种蔬菜的质量。

【Abstract】 It was found that the dust of coal influenced directly on the contents of ascorbic acid of most vegetables, by the field observation and the laboratory model experiment, there was a marked negative relativety between the dust pollution and the Ascorbic acid coateats. Aad the reducing speed of ascorbic acid varied with the varieties, The extent of influence wss in the order, the eggplant>tomato>cucumber>potherb mustard> round chilli>chinses cabbage. Thus , according to the statistical data of pollution over two years the varieties which the coefficient of variation is similar and the content difference of ascorbic acid is relatively greater, were considered as the indicator plant in the coal dust polluted regions for the coal dust pollution monitoring and the forecasting the quality of various vegetables.
