化学沉积镍磷合金的扫描电镜研究
SCANNING ELECTRON MICROSCOPE RESEARCH ON Ni-P ALLOY CHEMICAL-DEPOSITED
【摘要】 用扫描电子显微镜研究了不同基体金属材料上化学沉积镍磷合金的生长过程及组织结构。结果表明,适当的活化处理有利于提高沉积层与基体间的结合力,结合力好的呈铆接状态;沉积层表面形貌为园球形,腐蚀后显微组织为同心园环;沉积层内各处磷含量的分布不均匀,同心环核心处的磷含量低于表面平均含量,沉积时间过长会导致沉积层呈片状剥落。
【Abstract】 The growth processes and microstructures of Ni--P alloys chemical--deposi-ted on different substrates have been studied by scanning electron microscope(SEM) and X--ray diffraction techniques. The results show: 1) The activa-ting treatments can strengthen the bonding for between the deposition layersand the metal substrates, and the good bonding structure is the butt rive-ting structure; 2) The surface tomography of deposition layer consist of alot of semispherical grains; 3) The concentration of phoysphorus is differe-nt in the deposition layer
