制膜条件对聚酰亚胺不对称膜孔径和透气性能的影响
EFFECTS OF CASTING CONDITION ON THE PORE SIZE AND GAS PERMEABILITY OF ASYMMETRIC POLYIMIDE MEMBRANE
【摘要】 本文以相转换法由聚酰亚胺溶液制备了聚酰亚胺不对称膜,研究了各种铸膜参数对膜的平均孔径和氮、氢透过性能的影响。结果表明选择合适的挥发温度和时间以及后处理工艺是制备聚酰亚胺气体分离膜的主要控制手段。当聚酰亚胺不对称膜的孔径足够小时,表面涂复工艺能显著提高其氮一氢分离性能。
【Abstract】 The asymmetric polyimide membranes were prepared by phase conversion process from polyimide solution which was made ofolyimide powder and methyl phenol solvent.The effects of variouscasting parameters on the pore size and the gas permeability of nitrogenand hydrogen were studied.The results indicated that the suitablechoice of volatilization temperature,time and after-treatment weremain controlling means for preparing polyimide gas separation membr-ane.When the pore size of polyimide membrane was small enough,thecoating layer would enhance the separating property for N2 and H2remarkably.
