黄枯萎病对棉花种子品质的影响
INFLUENCES OF VERTICILLIUM AND FUSARIUM WILTS ON COTTON SEED QUALITY
【摘要】 采用对黄、枯萎病不同抗性的棉属二个栽培种的10个品种,测试了病株的种子品质有关的38个性状。并估算了各性状间的相关系数。病害对种子品质影响是多方面的。在种子理化性状上表现为子指、仁指、壳指、种仁率、油脂率降低,壳仁比、蛋白质率、蛋油比升高。在种子活力方面,表现为电导率升高、活力指数、发芽率、出苗率和苗重下降。病害对种仁影响超过种壳,因此,在种子外形上不易分别。进行硫酸脱绒后,重力清选,可以淘汰病株种子。病害对衣分影响不大,对纤维强度、细度、成熟度有较大影响。对抗病品种由于发病株率少,所以影响较小。陆海杂种 F1在抗病和种子品质上均有超亲优势。病害种子性状间的相关性与无病种子一致。
【Abstract】 10 varieties of two species of Gossyplum with different resistance to Verticilliums and Fusarium wilts were used.Determinations were made to the effects of plant susceptible levels on more than 30 characteristics of the cotton meeds and the correlations among them were estimated.Results show that seed index,kernel index, seed coat index,kernel rate oil content decreased under the influences of the two wilts,while the hull to kernel ratio,protein content and the protein to oil ratio increased.Disease influences on the seed vigor indicate that electrical conductivity of the seeds increased while the average seedling length,vigor index,germination percentage,emergence percentage and the seedling weight decreased.The electrical conductivity is an advanced method in determining the cotton seed vigor.The F1 from G. Hirsutum × G.barbadense have showed heterosis in disease resistance and seed quality. The saturated fatty acid is negatively correlated with the unsaturated fatty acid,but the ratio between them is a stable value.
