【摘要】 不同棉花品种配成杂交组合,采用苗期沾根接种法,对黄萎病原菌有代表性的单菌株 VD-5、VD-312的抗性遗传进行研究,都分别得出显性单基因遗传的结论,并且不同品种对不同菌株的抗性存在一定的交叉分化,这三个单基因互不相同。棉花对黄萎病的抗性具有垂直抗性的特点。更多还原

【Abstract】 Genetic analysis of resistance to different single isolates of V.dahliae was conducted with eight resistant and susceptible cultivars inoculated by rootdipping method in the greenhouse.The results showed that the inheritanct of resistance to VD-2、VD-5 and VD-312 was controlled by different single dominant genes.There are differential inter-action between cotton varieties and isolates.The resistant inhertiance have the character of vertical resistance.更多还原
