【摘要】 大、小鼠 P.0给予墓头回(PSB)20g/kg、26g/kg,qd×4d 或 qd×7d,能有效地防治5-FU 所致血小板减少。ip PSB3g/kg、5g/kg 可明显促进家兔循环血小板聚集。小鼠 P.0给予PSB14g/kg、20g/kg,qd×5d,其能显著降低毛细血管通透性;PSB 对大鼠、蟾蜍下肢血管具收缩作用。初步认为,PSB 止血作用机制可能与其对血小板和血管的作用有关。更多还原

【Abstract】 Patrinia scabra Bge (PSB) is a new hemostatic drug.The mechanism of hemostatic action of PSB is stu- died.When administered orally of PSB 20 or 26g/(kg·d) (crude drug)for consecutive 4d of 7d,the number of blood platelets decreased by 5-FU could obviously increase in rats and mice.Using Wu’s ration method the results showed that PSB might sigmificamtly promote the aggregation of circulatory blood platelts in rab-bits by intraperitoneally injection of PSB 3 or 5g/kg (crude drug).Oral adminstration of PSB 14 or 20g/(kg·d) (crude drug) for consecutive 5d,PSB decreased the capillary permeability in mice intraperitoneal,as seen by extravasation of Evans blue.PSB could markedly contract the vessels of rat’s andtoad’s pelvic limbs in vitro and decreased the number of perfusion drops per minute.The experimantal results suggested that its action mechanism may related to increasing the number of blood platelets and promoting the aggregation of circulatory blood platelets and decreasing the capillary permeability and contracting the peripheral blood vessel.更多还原
