【Abstract】 International Convention tourism has been developing more rapidly and is of in- creasing importance. China is far in the rear in this respect and the concept of con-vention tourism is somewhat outmoded. This article undertakes a comprehensive ana-lysis and study of the demand of convention tourism and its nature, as well as itstourism potential and requirements, and the benefits the host country derives. Theauthor hopes that this article will help change people’s concepts of convention tour-ism, provide them with a deeper understanding of the characteristics of convention to-urism, and develop a conscious approach to convention tourism as a major aspect oftourist business. This development outlined above will contribute to the recovery anddevelopment of China’s tourism, and the reduction of the fragility and uniformity oftourism products.更多还原
