三种蝮蛇毒微量元素的定性定量分析
The Qualitative and Quantitative Analysis of Microelement in Three Toxins of Agkistrodon
【摘要】 经ICP-AES对蛇岛蝮蛇、黑眉蝮蛇和蝮蛇乌苏里亚种的3种蛇毒作了微量元素的定性定量分析,发现3种蝮蛇毒均含有Zn、Al、Bi、Ge等18种微量元素。但由于生态环境和生活习性的不同,蛇岛蝮蛇毒的Zn、Al等含量低于东北陆生蝮蛇,而Ge的含量明显高于后者。均属乌苏里亚种的蝮蛇,由于食饵的不同,其Ge、Fe等含量也有差异。
【Abstract】 The qualitative and quantitative analysis of microelement in the toxins ofAgkistrodon shedaoensis,Agkistrodon saxatilis Emelianov and Agkistrodonhalys ussuriensis Emslianov with ICP-AES are presented.The results show thatthe three toxins all contain 18 sorts of microelement,including Zn、Al、Bi、Ge,etc.major elements are Ca,Mg,P,etc.,the content of Zn,Al in thetoxin of Agkistrodon shedaoensis is lower than terrestrial Agkistrodon ofnortheast China,while the Ge content of the former is markedly high withinAgkistrodon halys ussuriensis Emelianov the Ge content differs when fed withdifferent fodders.
