【摘要】 应用催化极谱法分析34例冠心病患者头发中铜、锌、锰、硒及铬的含量,并与30例年令相近的健康成人对照,结果冠心病患者头发中微量元素铜含量高于对照组,硒、锰及铬的含量明显低于对照组,(p值<0.01)两组间有显著性差异,认为体内微量元素铜高,低硒、低锰、低铬可能与冠心病有关。更多还原

【Abstract】 Using catalytic polaxographic method,we determined copper,zinc,manganese,selenium and chrominium content in hairs of 34 patients of coronary heart contrasted with 30 healthy persons of similar age.It has been found that content of trace copper in the hair of each hatients is higher than that in the hair of healthy persons;and that content of manganese,selenium and chrominium is evidently less than that in the hair of healthy persons.(When P<0.01) obvious differonce is observed in the two groups of contrast.It is believed that trace elements higher-copper,lowerselenium,manganese,and chromium in human body may be related to coronary heart disease.更多还原
