用象面全息法测定卸载塑性区的探讨
STUDY ON PLASTIC ZONE MEASUREMENT WITH IMAGE HOLOGRAM
【摘要】 本文用象面全息法测定20Cr钢正火和淬火低温回火态试样在三点弯曲加载时裂纹尖端和缺口根部的卸载塑性区。与Von Mises屈服准则定义的塑性区进行了比较。分析了不同热处理状态下的塑性区形状,测量了缺口喷丸试样的塑性区。
【Abstract】 Image hologram is employed in the measurements of plastic zone for unloading states at the crack tip and notch root with three-point bending testing. Material used is low carbon steel, being normalized, low temperature tempered and shot peened. Test plastic zone is compared with that predicted by Von Mises Criterion and the variation of its size is associated with the state of the treatment.
