5,10,15,20-四(2-羟基-5-磺酸苯基)卟啉与锰反应的吸光光度法的研究

【摘要】 本文研究了水溶性的5,10,15,20-四(2-羟基-5-磺酸苯基)卟啉试剂与超微量锰的显色反应。试验表明,在过氧化氩存在下,它是测定痕量锰的高灵敏试剂。在沸水浴中加热6min,配合物形成完全。配合物的最大吸收波长在413.8nm,摩尔吸光系数为6.40×10~6。本文考察了干扰离子的情况及其极限。若用柠檬酸作掩蔽剂,明显地提高了干扰离子的极限。本方法可用于测定酒类食品中痕量的锰,所得的结果与原子吸收光度法一致。锰(Ⅱ)的测定范围在0~6ppb符合比耳定律。
【Abstract】 Water-soluble porphyrin 5,10,15,20-tetra(2-hydrox-5-sulphophenyl)-porphine[T(2-H-5-SP)P] for the spectrophotometric determination of ultramicro amounts of manganese has been studied. It was found to be a highly sensitive reagent for the direct determination of trace manganese in the presence of hydrcgen peroxide. The complex formation reaction can be complete by heating at 100℃ for 6 min. The sorct band of the complex lies at 413.8nm. The apparent molar absorptivity is 6.40×10~6, The interferenoe of foreignions are examined and their tolerance limits by the citric acid as masking reagent are also shown. The method can be successfully applide to the direct determination of trace mangan(?)se in wine. The result obtained agrees well with that of the atomic absorption spectrophotometric analysis. Beer’s law was obeyed for Mn (Ⅱ) in the range of 0~6ppb.
