【Abstract】 Contrast analysis is made of cytologic examinations of breast masses in 345 cases by aspirations with fine needles, and pathological diagnosis, the diagnostic accuracy being 88.9%. Of 197 cases of mammary cancers the diagnostic accuracy is 85.3% and the false negative rate is 8.1%. Of 148 cases of benign masses, the diagnostic accuracy is 92.5％ and the false positive rate is 2.7%. Discussed emphatically is the value of this method in the clinical application of the mammary surgery and misdiagnostic causes.更多还原
